Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
Roll out each biscuit dough piece into a circle on a floured surface.
Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle.
Fold and pinch the dough together to seal the filling inside.
If frying, heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the bombs until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side or bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving.
