Savory Buffalo Chicken Bombs combine crispy texture and bold flavors, making them an irresistible appetizer for game day gatherings or casual get-togethers.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of pre-made biscuit dough
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions scallions
  • Oil for frying optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  3. Roll out each biscuit dough piece into a circle on a floured surface.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  5. Fold and pinch the dough together to seal the filling inside.
  6. If frying, heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Fry the bombs until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side or bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving.
