Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink.
- Drain excess fat, then stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the beef mixture evenly.
- Top the beef mixture with an even layer of frozen tater tots.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the tater tots.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
